I have just finished building out a commercial baking kitchen that I'm considering leasing some time out after the first of the year. I have 20qt mixer and full size convection oven. No range. New fridge and freezer and prep tables. Located on Koenig Ln between Lamar and Airport.

Email me if interested with type of business, equipment needs and preferred usage times.

Hi,
Sorry took me so long to answer you.
If you send me your email, I will send you a rough sketch of the 2,500 SF kitchen for rent in Manor (outskirts of Austin) The original kitchen was 5,000 (including production room, warehouse and small office) It's been devided in 2, so each tenant will have 2,500 with some spaces shared (warehouse and service areas) You can also call me at (512)799-4331.

Hi Everybody,

I'm getting ready to open a commercial kitchen space for my business to use primarily from mid afternoon to 11 or 12 at night. There will be a convection oven, a 6 burner range (with another oven) a stock pot boiler and maybe a charbroiler under the vent hood. There will also be alot of walkin cooler space as I'm getting a 12x16 footer and only need about half of it.
There's also plenty of table space (several 8 foot SS tables) and its not too cramped (1,250 square feet).
There is also a 800 sq/ft room that I have not built out yet with an existing vent hood (although it does need some serious rehabbing to get it up to code).
The space is located east-central by 183 and Montopolis, about 7 minutes from downtown going down 7th St. in one direction and 7 minutes to the airport going down 183 in the other direction.

Right now I'm not sure if I'm going to take on renters for the mornings/daytime or what I'm going to do with the empty 800 sq/ft space. I'm considering getting a regular daytime renter for the larger space and building out the 800 sq/ft space for an hourly caterer's rental, or letting a longer term tenant build it out themselves in exchange for cheaper rent and a longer term lease.

Anybody out there have any thoughts or would like to share what sort of facilities they need or would like to see happen? I'm still brainstorming ideas and trying to feel out what my options are (I am also considering just trying to grow into the space on my own). Right now the plumbing and electrical is roughed in and I'm waiting on the vent hood and walkin installations, I'm thinking I'll be opening my doors by late January. I'd love to hear y'alls thoughts and be in touch with people that might be interested.

Thanks!

Hi-
I just signed up on Small Bites today. I have a wedding/specialty cake business: Coco Paloma Desserts.
I have been looking for 3 months for an existing bakery/small restaurant to convert into my business. I would love to know if anyone knows of a space out there, preferably in central Austin.
Thanks!

Hello! I'm with Celebrate Austin and the Texas Hill Country. We are the premier publication with our books in over 31,000 hotel, motel and resort rooms, conference centers and gift stores! I would love to talk to you about promoting your businesses!

We have a great client base and I feel like you would be a great addition to our book to let everyone know about all of your associates!
We have great rates and I couldn't find a place to contact you so I thought I would post a note for anyone to see and to hopefully get a call back to discuss! Thanks so much!
