Texas State Fair July 26, 2007

Posted by Trish in Events, Marketing.

Small Bites is trying to get members who are interested in going in on a booth at the Texas State Fair this year. We can sponsor the Food and Fiber Pavilion by reserving the 50ft. space where we could sample all of our yummy Austin products for three weeks! Apparently, over half a million people visit the Food and Fiber pavilion every year, which would be a great way to boost your sales.

We would sample our products in the “porch” area of the pavilion and then customers could purchase our products through the Go Texan store. Another option is for us to purchase three premium shelves in the Go Texan store for $720 and divide up the space between all of those companies interested. With this option, we wouldn’t have to demo our products, but we would get the visibility. On top of the shelf charge, the Go Texan representative would sell and manage our products for the entire three week period for a 30% commission.

If you are interested in participating in this with us, please let us know immediately because we have to sign up next week! Contact Trish at 970-5808 or comment below. For more information, see the Go Texan site at http://www.gotexan.org/gt/channel/render/items/0,1218,1670_3815_0_3814,00.html.
